PCS Connects – Empowering Every Student with Technology

PCS Connects is Pinellas County Schools’ exciting one-to-one device initiative — giving every student access to a personal laptop to support learning in and out of the classroom.

With technology integrated into daily instruction, students will use their devices to:

  • Research new topics

  • Practice critical thinking

  • Create and innovate

  • Collaborate with classmates and teachers

Learning Beyond the Bell

PCS Connects devices aren’t just for the school day. Students can continue learning at home with access to:

  • Enrichment resources

  • Curriculum reinforcement

  • Creative tools for projects and exploration

Student Responsibilities

To make the most of PCS Connects, students are expected to:

  • Bring their laptop to school every day, fully charged and ready to use

  • Report any problems to the Media Center right away

  • Take great care of their assigned device
