About Academic Team:
The SHS Academic Team consists of students who excel academically and love to compete against like-minded students from Pinellas County’s high schools.
The competition questions are based on a wide variety of subjects including: AP Art/Art History, AP English/Lit, AP Foreign Language (Spanish/French), AP History, Math, Music/Music Theory, AP Biology, APES, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, Earth Space Science and Technology.
You should join because you get to compete in something that often lacks a competitive aspect: knowledge, because there is potential for county and state honors, because it looks good on college applications, and, hopefully, because you think you’ll enjoy it!
