*Important* Permit to Leave Process

To the SHS Families:

To better protect student safety and maximize learning, we have updated our Permit to Leave (PTL) procedures. If you need to pick up your student before the end of the school day, we strongly encourage a parent or guardian listed in FOCUS to come to the front office and sign the student out in person whenever possible. Remaining in school for the entire day is one of the most important factors in student success. Every minute matters, and every day counts.

To purchase your student parking pass, please have the student sign in with their r2.d2 credentials and upload all pertinent information in the form, below:

Report Student Absence

Please click the button above to report your Warhawk's full-day absence.

Once the form has been submitted, please allow up to 24 hours for the absence to be entered and reflected in FOCUS.

 

2026-2027 Freshman/New Student Orientation 

We are excited to welcome the incoming Class of 2030 to Seminole High School! Students and families are invited to join the Administration Team and Faculty for one of two informative sessions designed to help you prepare for the year ahead. Attendees will learn about student expectations, academic and extracurricular opportunities, and campus life at Seminole High. Guests will also get an early look at our newly renovated front-campus wings, cafeteria, and courtyard.

Thursday, August 6th
Session 1 - 1:00pm - 2:30pm
Session 2 - 5:00pm - 6:30pm


The orientation will begin in the Auditorium followed by guided school tours.

Shadowing for the CEL & RISE Programs and New Students:

We are excited to announce that the shadowing opportunities will begin at SHS on October 7th.

Transcript Request Process

Current students of Seminole High School and Recent Graduates (graduated within the last 5 years):

  • Click this link https://forms.office.com/r/W2LxNs66jy  and complete the online form to request a transcript.
  • Walk-In's are welcomed as well. Please visit the Front Office and ask for Mrs. Riordan who can generate an official and unofficial transcript for you.
